2ndLove operates on a consignment booth model. Sellers book a sales period and bring their items to our boutique, where they are displayed on racks in our curated retail space. Sales periods vary by package — typically 1 to 4 weeks. Extensions may be available depending on booth availability.
2ndLove accepts pre-loved luxury fashion items from established designer brands. All items should be clean, in good condition, and free from significant damage (stains, tears, strong odours). We reserve the right to decline items that do not meet our quality standards or fall outside our accepted brand list.
Each item is tagged with a barcode label via our Kirppari-Kalle point-of-sale system. Depending on your chosen package:
Prices are visible to shoppers on each item's tag. Any price adjustments during your sales period must be coordinated with our team.
When your items sell, transactions are processed through our Kirppari-Kalle system. Your payout percentage depends on your chosen package and is communicated at the time of booking. Payouts are transferred to your designated bank account after your sales period ends. You can track your sales in real time via the Kirppari-Kalle mobile app.
At the end of your sales period, any unsold items must be collected within 7 days. If items are not collected within this timeframe, 2ndLove reserves the right to donate or dispose of them. Extensions to your sales period may be arranged subject to availability.
2ndLove takes reasonable care of all consigned items while they are in our boutique. Items are displayed in a secure, clean retail environment. However, as items are handled by shoppers browsing the racks, minor wear from handling may occur. In the event of loss or significant damage directly caused by our negligence, 2ndLove will compensate the seller based on the item's listed price.
All sales at 2ndLove take place in-store. Items are sold as-is in the condition displayed. We encourage buyers to inspect items carefully before purchasing. Each item's price is clearly marked on its barcode tag.
Items sold through our Lux package have been authenticated by our team. For DIY and All Inclusive items, authentication is the responsibility of the seller. If a buyer has concerns about an item's authenticity, they should contact us within 14 days of purchase.
Due to the unique nature of pre-loved luxury items, all sales are generally final. Returns may be accepted within 14 days of purchase at our discretion, provided the item is in the same condition as at the time of sale. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of the return being accepted.
